Lighting BOQ template — free XLSX in 6 languages

Most lighting bills of quantities lose money in the same place: a row that lists a model and a quantity but no UGR, no lm/W, no dimming protocol and no warranty. This template forces those fields into the schedule, so every bidder prices the same fixture and your EN 12464-1 numbers survive value engineering.

Column headers are in English with Deutsch / Français / Nederlands / Italiano / Español translations underneath, so the same file works for a German Leistungsverzeichnis, a French DPGF, a Dutch staat van hoeveelheden, an Italian computo metrico or a Spanish presupuesto.

What is inside

1 · Project info
Project, client, designer, tender reference, applicable standard, required control protocol, warranty, Incoterms and currency — the header data that stops a BOQ from being re-quoted three times.
2 · BOQ detail
One row per luminaire type with bilingual headers: room/zone, model, mounting, lumen output, W, lm/W, CCT, Ra/R9, UGR, beam angle, IP/IK, driver and dimming protocol, emergency duration, warranty, qty, unit price and an auto-calculated amount with subtotal.
3 · Standard compliance
Room-by-room check of required Em / UGR / Uo / Ra against the DIALux calculation, plus the evidence list (DIALux evo report, IES/LDT file, LM-79/LM-80, CE/UKCA DoC, driver datasheet).
4 · Delivery & packing
Incoterms, lead time, packing and labelling per room code, document set, spare-parts percentage and commissioning support.
