Service offerings
End-to-end professional services from product customization to project delivery.
Service models
Three collaboration modes — OEM, ODM and SKD — flexibly matching project requirements.
OEM private-label manufacturing
Private-label production tailored to client brand and specifications; packaging, manuals and nameplates fully customized, MOQ 500 sets.
ODM joint development
From structural, optical and electronic driver to industrial appearance design — 48-hour quotation, 30-day first sample, 90-day mass production.
SKD project supply
Provide component kits for large projects to reduce logistics and duties, enabling local overseas assembly.
Lighting design support
Senior lighting designers provide DIALux evo simulations, IES files, illuminance calculations and optimization recommendations.
OEM private-label process
- STEP 1Requirement communication: clarify fixture types, specifications, MOQ, target market and certification requirements
- STEP 2Sample confirmation: select from existing product library, samples shipped within 48 hours for client testing
- STEP 3Private-label customization: LOGO / packaging / manuals / nameplates customized to client VI
- STEP 4Contract signing: 30% deposit to start, 70% payable on BL copy
- STEP 5Mass production schedule: standard 25–35 days lead time; expedited 15 days negotiable
- STEP 6Shipment inspection: 100% light-on + sampled aging + optional third-party inspection
ODM joint development process
- STEP 1Project initiation: client provides application scenario, target parameters and appearance references
- STEP 2Solution delivery: structural plan + BOM + initial quote within 48 hours
- STEP 3First prototype: 15-day delivery of 3D-printed prototype and optical test report
- STEP 4Engineering samples: tooling and first batch completed in 30 days, 5–10 sets
- STEP 5Pilot production validation: 50–100 set small-batch trial with aging and certification testing
- STEP 6Mass production delivery: commence mass production after CE/RoHS/ENEC certifications
SKD project supply process
- STEP 1Project evaluation: assess SKD feasibility based on BOM and assembly complexity
- STEP 2Disassembly plan: split complete luminaires into 3–5 core components for easier local assembly
- STEP 3Packaging optimization: volume reduced by 40%–60%, significantly lowering sea freight costs
- STEP 4Technical deliverables: provide assembly SOP videos and training documents
- STEP 5Local support: spare parts stocked in overseas warehouses, 48-hour technical response
Quality control system
Incoming IQC: 100% sampling inspection of LED chips, drivers and aluminum materials
In-process IPQC: SMT first-article confirmation + AOI automatic optical inspection
Finished product OQC: 100% high/low-voltage light-on + 1.5m drop test + sampled 4-hour aging
Shipment FQC: third-party inspection agencies (SGS/BV/TUV) optional
